To take advantage of the extra running time of the Meths Burner, this Water Top Up Valve allows water to be pumped into the boiler a little at a time during running without having to take the Safety Valve off. Use with high temperature plastic feed pipe fitted to a water pump bottle or a large syringe.

Available in 1/4 x 26tpi thread for MSS and early Mamod standard loco boiler or 1/4 x 40 tpi for our Premium High Pressure Boiler.

Replacement Silicone - comes in 1 inch lengths to be cut down as required.

I purchased a top up valve from yourselves to fit on my Mamod traction engine as I have upgraded the burner that now far outlasts the water. It was easy to install replacing the whistle it has made a big difference to the running as the water is replaced a little at a time till the gas runs out a recommended improvement

This item is a very useful wayt of toping the water up in the boiler on the move. very useful in the older mamod locos as they have a smaller boiler then the new locos and run out of water in about 15 mins.
